Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing different sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
